Weight Loss Salad Recipes For Dinner | Corn Salad | Cucumber Salad With Soya Sauce

Fresh Corn Salad - 1


Ingredients:


  • 250g canned corn

  • 1/2 cup cucumber

  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper

  • 1/2 cup yellow bell pepper

  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes

  • 1 tsp lemon juice  

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt & pepper

  • Some coriander


Method: Mix everything well & eat fresh.


Cucumber Salad With Soya Sauce  - 2


Ingredients:


  • 2 cups thinly sliced English cucumber

  • ½ cup spring onion

  • Salt to taste

  • 1/4 tsp brown sugar

  • 1 tbsp soya sauce

  • 1/4 tsp chilli flakes 

  • 2 tsp roasted sesame seeds


Method:  

  1. Peel & slice the cucumber as thin as possible.

  2. In a large bowl, combine cucumbers, salt, sugar, soy sauce, chilli flakes & sesame seeds
    and mix well. Let marinate for 5 minutes before serving.
